Fixed-price Build
Turn an approved Blueprint into production software through milestones that can be demonstrated, tested and accepted one at a time.
Acceptance before the next milestone
Each milestone has a purpose, agreed acceptance criteria and a demonstration. You can see what is complete, what is waiting on a decision and what comes next.
Confirm the delivery baseline
Scope, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, environments and client responsibilities are confirmed before Build work begins.
Review working software
Milestone reviews use the agreed scenarios. Feedback is recorded against acceptance, defects or a proposed scope change.
Close one unit of value
An accepted milestone becomes a stable base for the next. Open decisions and dependencies stay visible rather than hiding in chat.
Change control without surprises
New information is normal. Silent scope growth is not. When a request changes the agreed outcome, effort or risk, we describe the impact before the work starts.
The milestone does not meet an agreed criterion. We correct it within the Build.
The intent is unchanged. We record the detail and keep delivery moving.
The agreed outcome, workflow or constraint changes. Price and timing are approved before implementation.
Production is part of the scope
A Build closes with the operational work needed to own the result—not a source-code handoff and a list of loose ends.
A credible fixed price starts with a credible scope
Begin with a one-to-two-week Blueprint. You keep the plan whether we build it or not.
