About

A small studio, on purpose

Phuongnamsoft is a founder-led product studio. There is no account layer between you and the people writing the code, and no incentive to grow a project by adding bodies to it. What we sell is judgement, a set of foundations we have shipped before, and the willingness to say when something should not be built.

That shape has limits, and we would rather state them than discover them mid-project. We take on a small number of engagements at a time, we do not compete on hourly rate, and we bring in trusted specialists for design, security and infrastructure rather than pretending to cover everything in-house.

Principle 01 Discovery is paid work

Free detailed specifications are either guesswork or a cost hidden in the build price. We charge for the thinking and hand over the output.

Principle 02 Fixed price, defined scope

Hourly billing pays us for being slow. A fixed price with written acceptance criteria puts the efficiency risk on us, where it belongs.

Principle 03 Reuse what is already solved

Auth, billing, admin and integrations are not where your product becomes different. We maintain them so the budget goes elsewhere.

Principle 04 Launch is not the end

Ownership after go-live is planned before it, so nobody is improvising support in week one.

Tell us what is not working

A 30-minute qualification call. We will ask what the problem costs you today, who decides, and roughly what budget exists. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
